Clickstay is a website for holiday rentals, offering the same properties as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo, but at lower prices. As a low-cost booking platform, Clickstay does not charge service fees to users or high commissions to owners, ensuring that these savings make it unlikely to find the same rentals for less elsewhere.

Clickstay Journey. Clickstay is one of the original and trusted direct bookings holiday rental sites, saving users money by eliminating booking and service fees for almost all properties. Its goal is to create the world's best and cheapest holiday rentals site, connecting guests and owners while offering a secure, user-friendly payment system.

Established and Evolving. Starting as Villarenters in 2003, Clickstay led the way with secure online payments. In 2014, it rebranded to Clickstay, expanding beyond villas. Now a trusted UK platform with hundreds of thousands of happy holidaymakers, Clickstay continues to grow and evolve.

Challenging the Status Quo. Clickstay believes the existing model from Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo is flawed: these platforms control communication, impose high fees on owners, and charge guest service fees that can increase costs by up to 25%. Clickstay simplifies comparing prices and reading past reviews for the same listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.

Reservation modifications

Reservation modifications via Rentals United are not synchronised with Clickstay. The property manager modifies the booking in Rentals United and needs to contact Clickstay about the changes.

Modifications cannot be made on Clickstay.

Reservation cancellations

The property manager needs to contact Clickstay to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation penalties

Provided the property manager is on direct payment via Stripe and not on Clickstay payment method, Clickstay and Stripe payment fees are non-refundable.

There is a £50.00 cancellation fee if the owner is on Clickstay payment method, plus Clickstay fees are non-refundable (refunded by the owner).
